DELIVERY

Our preferred delivery method is via courier which is a door-to-door service.  Your delivery fee of R99 countrywide, however, does not include some outlying areas in South Africa. These are charges by various courier providers and we shop for the most cost-effective option, but should your delivery cost be more than the R99, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements which may require you to collect from a service provider such as Postnet whose fees fall in line with our charges.  You will never be charged any additional fee for your original delivery other than what is quoted on our website.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  1. You are entitled to cancel your order, at any time prior to the Goods having been delivered or despatched to you.
  2. you will receive a full refund of the purchase price via payfast or EFT depending on your method of payment at the time of order.
  3. The Company will deliver your order to you as soon as reasonably possible; We will notify you if we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control. If you elect then, not to proceed with your order, we will reimburse you with the purchase price within 3 working days of having informed you that we are not able to deliver.

RETURNS

  1. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on our handmade sweets or chocolate products.
  2. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or telephonically. Any damage to packaging must also be immediately reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
  3. Please note that we do request our couriers to refrigerate items (if possible) or to store them out of direct sunlight, we, however, have no control over this once it has left our premises. We take every precaution to ensure you receive them in the condition that they left us.
  4. Should your goods have melted or been damaged en-route, we hold no responsibility. We do take every precaution to ensure that we have provided the necessary information to the transporter to care for your package.
  5. If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you, request that you send the order/product back to us or ask you to return the item to our current location, dependent on your original order’s shipping method.
  6. If you are returning Goods via courier please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged en-route. Products are to be returned in the same condition as received.
